Materials

• Worsted weight (4) chenille or fluffy yarn, approximately 75 yards / 68 meters
• 4.0 mm crochet hook (US G/6)

Assembly / Finishing

Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Stuff the body firmly with fiberfill. Weave the tail through the front loop of the remaining 6 stitches and pull tight to close. Weave in the end. If using safety eyes, insert them between Rnd 7 and 8, about 4-5 stitches apart, before fully closing the body.

• Use a stitch marker to keep track of the first stitch of each round, especially with fluffy yarn where stitches can be harder to see.
