By creating an account or using YarnCro ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice via email or within the app.
YarnCro is a SaaS platform providing crochet and knitting tools including a stitch scanner, pattern generator, row counter, yarn stash manager, and a curated knowledge base. Some features are available to all registered users; others require an active paid subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to use YarnCro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
YarnCro Pro may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription. The price, any trial, renewal terms, and payment provider are shown before purchase. New website subscriptions are billed through Stripe; subscriptions purchased in the Android app are billed through Google Play. Existing PayPal subscriptions continue to be managed through PayPal. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the provider where you bought it. Cancellation normally preserves access until the end of the paid period.
For website subscriptions billed through Stripe, or an existing subscription billed through PayPal, contact support@yarncro.com within 14 days of your first charge if you are dissatisfied. Later requests are reviewed case by case. For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, request a refund through Google Play or contact support for help. Any rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
YarnCro automatically generates patterns, stitch guides, and recommendations. Automatically generated content may contain inaccuracies. We do not warrant that generated outputs are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated patterns before use, especially for commercial purposes.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) use automated scripts or bots to abuse the pattern-generation features; (d) resell or redistribute generated outputs at scale without written permission; (e) upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
YarnCro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YarnCro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Patterns you generate through our Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YarnCro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
