Donut Monster Amigurumi

A cute, spherical monster resembling a donut, perfect for imaginative play or decorative purposes.

Materials

Assembly / Finishing

Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Use the yarn needle to weave the tail through the front loop of each remaining stitch and pull tight to close the opening. Weave in all loose ends. To create the "frosting" effect, switch to your frosting color yarn. Ch 20, then sl st into the second chain from the hook and in each chain across. This will create a wavy strip. Create several of these strips of varying lengths (e.g., ch 15, ch 25) and sew them onto the top of the donut monster in a random, dripping pattern. You can also embroider a small mouth using black yarn if desired.
