Assembly / Finishing
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Stuff the sphere firmly with fiberfill before closing the hole. Using your tapestry needle, weave the tail through the front loop of each remaining stitch and pull tight to close. Weave in any remaining ends.
Tips
- Use a stitch marker to keep track of the first stitch of each round, especially when working in a spiral.
- Crochet tightly to prevent the stuffing from showing through your stitches.
- Practice making a gauge swatch; while this pattern's stitch counts are verified, your finished size will vary based on your tension and yarn choice.
