Continue working hdc in each st around until the cardigan reaches your desired length. At any point, you can switch to Color 27 for a color-block effect. To finish, work 2-3 rounds in Color 27 for a contrasting edge.
Assembly / Finishing
Weave in all loose ends securely. Block your cardigan gently to shape and relax the stitches. Add buttons or other embellishments as desired.
Tips
Remember to check your gauge before starting the project to ensure your cardigan matches the intended size. A gauge swatch will save you time and frustration in the long run. To achieve a clean color change, sl st into the first st of the new color, then ch 1 and proceed with hdc. For a more defined raglan line, you can place stitch markers at the increase points of the yoke.
