Delete your YarnCro account

You can request deletion from YarnCro Settings → Request account deletion, or email us directly.

Send the request from your YarnCro account email so we can verify ownership. We will reply with the next steps. You can request deletion even if you cannot sign in.

What happens to your data?

We delete your account and associated personal data, including saved projects, progress and library preferences, within 30 days after verification. Records required for accounting or legal obligations may be retained for up to 7 years, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you have an active subscription, tell us in your request. We will explain how to stop future renewals with the payment provider before account deletion. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
